Yes. We check every item before it is listed. If anything arrives that is not as described, message us and we will make it right.

Rs. 250. Free on orders above Rs. 2,500.
Can I return or exchange an item?
No, we don't accept returns or exchanges. If your parcel arrives damaged or you get the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you have a physical shop?
No. We are online only, which is how we keep prices lower than the market.
Can you get me something not listed on the site?
Often, yes. Message us with a photo or product name and we will tell you if we can source it.
