Where we deliver: Lahore only, for now.
How long it takes: 1–2 days. We confirm every order on call or WhatsApp before it goes out.
Charges: Rs. 250 flat. Free on orders above Rs. 2,500.
Payment: Cash on delivery — pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
Returns: We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please check the product details before ordering. If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, message us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will sort it out.
Please note: Keep your phone reachable on the delivery day. If we can't reach you, the delivery may be delayed.
